Reklay is operated by BrightPath Marketing Inc. Reklay helps ecommerce brands review, build, and improve retention automations using browsing intent context. Questions regarding this policy can be directed to support@reklay.co.
Scope And Roles
For website visitors, assessment users, sample-flow review requests, scheduling, billing, and support communications, BrightPath Marketing Inc. generally determines why and how that information is used. When a business gives Reklay access to its Klaviyo account or activates signal processing, BrightPath Marketing Inc. generally processes that information on behalf of the business and according to the business's instructions, the approved service scope, and any applicable agreement.
Data We Collect
Information you provide may include your name, work email, phone number, company name, store URL, ESP, role, assessment answers, scheduling details, support communications, and any information you submit through Reklay forms, scheduling tools, or related intake paths. Assessment and sample-flow review data may include your business priority, personalization experience, browsing intent signals you identified, approval-owner information, ESP fit, result type, assessment ID, session ID, route, timestamp, CTA events, scheduler-opened events, page URL, referrer, and UTM parameters.
Sources Of Data
We collect information directly from you when you visit the website, complete an assessment, schedule through our booking provider, request a sample-flow review, communicate with Reklay, or move forward with implementation. Reklay may also review publicly available store pages, visible brand assets, and publicly observable customer-experience context to prepare sample-flow reviews.
How We Use Data
We use information to operate the Reklay website, provide assessments, prepare sample-flow reviews, schedule calls, understand demand for Reklay services, communicate with prospects and customers, provide support, process payments where applicable, install approved flows, maintain signal processing, write browsing intent values back to Klaviyo where applicable, review performance, improve reliability, and protect the security of Reklay systems. Reklay does not sell personal data. Reklay does not use client Klaviyo data to train general-purpose machine learning models.
Processing On Behalf Of Clients
For signal processing, Reklay uses Klaviyo profile identifiers and may temporarily process customer email addresses when required to write browsing intent values back to Klaviyo. Current signal-processing writeback paths do not intentionally store customer email addresses in Reklay's signal-processing database records; persisted signal records use Klaviyo profile identifiers and engagement metrics.
Sharing And Service Providers
Reklay uses service providers to operate the website and services. These may include cloud hosting and database providers, scheduling tools, payment processors, analytics and attribution tools, infrastructure monitoring tools, email or communication tools, customer support tools, and approved customer implementation platforms.
International Data Transfers
Reklay may process data in jurisdictions outside your country, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual data protection obligations or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Data Retention
Website, assessment, scheduling, support, and customer communication data is retained for as long as needed to operate Reklay, respond to requests, maintain business records, understand demand, and comply with legal obligations. Customer email addresses used only to perform Klaviyo writeback are not intentionally retained by Reklay's signal-processing database records after the writeback flow completes, except where separately provided through another Reklay intake, support, billing, or customer communication path.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted network communication, access controls, secure infrastructure practices, and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Reklay may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, URL parameters, and similar technologies to operate the website, preserve assessment or booking context, remember attribution details such as UTM parameters, analyze usage, improve performance, and support security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Privacy requests may be submitted to support@reklay.co. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
Automated Decisions And Profiling
Reklay may generate browsing intent values, assessment results, or related workflow recommendations based on browsing behavior, assessment answers, and available implementation data. Reklay does not use these outputs to make decisions about eligibility, credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other matters that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
